I just purchased a WordPress Theme for this blog and are still playing with the design customization. The design is made by SoloStream. They offer different WordPress Themes and Skins. This particular design caught my eye and so I decided to buy it. I bought the branding free option that also allows me to use it on as many sites as I like. Since I do have more and more websites running WordPress this was a pretty logical choice for me. If you look at the design you see the available advertising options + the ability to use featured articles. I am experimenting with advertising on my blog now, but are not sure if I will stick to it. However, on my more commercial websites this is a great option to display ads and to make money from it.
I still have to work my way through everything (as mentioned), but I see quite some potential to use this layout. The upfront expense is pretty high with $179.00 for the unlimited license, but I think I can turn this around and increase my online income easily with it. What is your impression of this design? Do you like it? What would you adjust?
